Incarcerated Citizens was the planned second demo tape from the grindcore band Tracheal Scum. The demo was never completed due to the murders of three of the band members.
What little is known of the demo comes from General MIDI, who had just recently joined the band. He described three of the tracks in detail:
- "The first track was called 'Facist Scum', and Vomit [Bag] and I recorded our own version of it for TsT S4K. Another song was called 'Digging Up the Dead'. My favorite was 'Carving Skulls', but I don't remember much about that."
